A series of strokes ended her soccer career; however, the Lord had plans for beyond sports, bringing her to UAB and Jeff State colleges where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Science of Psychology and Human Behavior. Ashley felt the Lord's call on her life, surrendering her life to him in January 2012. In 2016, she became a mother to her little girl, Zoey, and began to feel a call to help and serve others as a vocational calling. In 2019 a destination for that call became a reality when Ashely joined the Vapor Thrift Store team. It is her desire to use the Lord's gifts in her life and her position on the management team to serve her team and point them to Jesus on a daily basis, helping Vapor Ministries carry out its mission around the globe.
