Vapor Ministries is committed to remaining a debt-free ministry. And because we serve the poorest of the poor, we feel an increased burden to steward every resource to the best of our ability. Vapor is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 entity, so every donation is tax deductible.
Vapor Ministries shall have the power to modify any restriction or condition on the distribution of funds for any specified charitable purposes or to specified organizations if, in the sole judgment of Vapor Ministries (without the approval of any trustee, custodian, or agent), such restriction or condition becomes, in effect, unnecessary, incapable of fulfillment, or inconsistent with the strategic direction or charitable needs of the community or area served. Restricted funds contributed to specific purposes may be applied against either forthcoming or recently incurred expenditures in the area of restriction.
