What We Do
Revealing God’s grace by advancing His Gospel.
At Vapor, we seek to intentionally form disciples with multiplication as our goal. Through a variety of relevant means, we introduce people to the hope of Christ, teach the truths of God’s Word, and equip participants to multiply disciples in their own community.
Centers utilize the local sport of choice (usually soccer) in disciple-making leagues.
From the earliest beginnings of a center, local people are invited to outreach events and Bible studies.
We intentionally develop our indigenous staff by equipping them spiritually and professionally.
Local Faith Partners
Centers function alongside local bodies of believers. New Christ-followers are plugged into local churches for biblically based growth and service.
Showing God’s compassion by sharing His provision.
We show the love of Christ by serving the poor without forming dependency. We aim to break cycles of poverty, bringing hope and lasting transformation.
Each center begins with a master water project bringing pure, clean drinking water to the entire community.
We help break the cycle of poverty through assisting the poorest of the poor educationally, economically and spiritually.
Centers provide health and nutrition education as well as disease-prevention training. Vapor also maintains relationships with local medical clinics and provides emergency funds for critical care.
Agricultural development helps supply better access to nutritious food, while a portion of funding is directed to meeting urgent needs in the community.
Maximizing God's resources by empowering His people.
Vapor Ministries seeks to develop effective and durable ministry centers in the areas we serve. We develop local people's skills and abilities and engage in a variety of revenue-generating opportunities, all while utilizing culturally relevant means to carry our our mission.
